Alltel Wireless will be the newest addition to the business community in the Northside area. Construction is underway to remodel the old Bank of Upson location.
Alltel will open the retail store in early September and expects to hire 4 to 6 staff members with sales and management experience.
According to a company spokesperson, Alltel is excited to offer their products and services in the Thomaston area and is expecting to significantly expand their market share in the community.
