Upson County deputies have taken a warrant for Thomas Allen Teague of 190 Green Forest Road in Yatesville, charging him with theft of services for by-passing the electrical meter at the residence.
Southern Rivers Energy discovered the illegal splices and determined that $734.00 in electricity had been used during the past few months.
